# A participant is having trouble drawing a name. What should I do?

The invitations have been sent, but a participant can't manage to draw (by **picking a star**, **scratching the draw ball**, etc., depending on the chosen theme - see screenshots below).

This can happen on computers or phones with a (very) old browser.

If so, use **another web browser**, ideally *Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera* or *Brave*, in their latest version.
