# How do I redo a participant's draw?

**Partners who drew each other, a forgotten exclusion, a recipient that doesn't work? Don't panic!** With the **Premium plan**, you can redo a participant's draw after launch, **without ever seeing the results**.

Go to **My events**, click **Manage this event**, then **Redo a participant's draw** *(beta feature)*.

| How does it work?
* Choose the participant whose draw needs to be redone (a search is available; a badge shows those who **already saw who they drew**).
* If needed, first click **Edit groups and exclusions** to add the missing rule: it will apply to the new draw.
* Click **Redo their draw** and confirm.

The participant gets a **new recipient**, respecting groups and exclusions. To keep the secret, they swap the person they drew with **one or two other participants picked at random** (preferably participants who haven't seen their draw yet). Everyone involved is notified by the **"Your draw has changed"** email; for participants without an email address, My Secret Santa offers to let them know on WhatsApp.

|| Conditions:
* the event must be **Premium**;
* the draw must have **started**, and the **big day must not have passed yet**;
* the event must have **1 draw per participant**;
* at most **5 participant draws** can be redone per event (the number remaining is shown).

|| If, with the current groups and exclusions, the participant can't draw anyone else, nothing is changed: loosen the exclusions and try again.
