A participant is having trouble drawing a name. What should I do?

The invitations have been sent, but a participant can't manage to draw (by picking a star, scratching the draw ball, etc., depending on the chosen theme - see screenshots below).

This can happen on computers or phones with a (very) old browser.

If so, use another web browser, ideally Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera or Brave, in their latest version.
