How do I add a participant after the draw has been confirmed?

Your event is underway and you've got a last-minute guest? Don't panic!

You can add a participant as long as enough participants haven't opened their draw yet (this number must be equal to the number of draws per participant + 1).

In the most common case (1 draw per participant), 2 people must not have opened their draw yet.

Go to My events, click Manage this event, then Add a participant: enter their name and email address. They receive their invitation email right away.

Note: for a last-minute addition, you can no longer set exclusion rules: the draw is made with the remaining combinations.
