How to defined exception rules between participants?
In Step 1 - Organization , you can define exclusion rules between participants. It is very useful to define rules such as "No draw possible in a couple", "No draw possible between brothers and sisters", "No draw possible between people of the same department", etc. You are free to define the rules you want. Note that a person can never draw their own name. If person A draws person B, B could also draw the name of A (they will only discover this on the day of the gift exchange).
How many people can play?
A minimum of 3 participants is required and the limit is 500 participants. If this limit restricts you, contact us.
How to draw up a list of participants?
Your draw will likely gather a large group (typically between 10 and 20 people). There are several possible causes: the e-mail address may be incorrect or blocked by anti-spam (especially if it is a company e-mail). Someone wants to unsubscribe after event validation?
As in a materialized draw, it is complicated to add or remove participants once the draw is complete. Once your draw has been validated and the invitation emails sent, you have 2 options: if time permits, cancel the event and restart as a new event with the new list of participants.
