Add a new participant after the event validation?
Your event has been validated and you have a new participant? Don't panic
Add the new participant if there are enough that have no yet start their draw (this number is equal to the number of draw per participant + 1).
In the most common cases, with1 draw per participant, it required to have at leat 2 participants that have not start thei draw.
Go to Manage mu Secret Santa > Manage the event and then Add a participant, you will be able to chose his name/surnam and email. An invitation will be send directly by email after validation.
Note : With last minute add, it won't be possible to choose exclusions rules and the draw will use remaining combinations regarding draws already done by other participants.
